WASHINGTON, District of Columbia, January 22, 2026 –
The INGAA Foundation Board of Directors has elected Dave Coffin, Chief Commercial Officer for Orion Steel, as chair and Jon Draeger, Vice President of U.S. Natural Gas Projects at TC Energy, as vice chair to serve a one-year term.
“Dave and Jon have for years been engaged members of the INGAA Foundation, and their deep understanding of our organization, and of natural gas supply chain and infrastructure markets will benefit the Foundation tremendously,” said Hebe Shaw, Executive Director of the INGAA Foundation.
At Orion Steel, Mr. Coffin oversees the sale of approximately 1.5 million tons of oil country tubular goods annually, in addition to all linepipe products. Mr. Coffin has been a member of the INGAA Foundation since 1997. As Chair, Mr. Coffin will lead the INGAA Foundation Board of Directors and support the Foundation’s governance activities, committee efforts, and annual meetings. He will also help guide the Foundation’s continued efforts to sponsor studies that promote the safe and efficient development and operation of natural gas infrastructure.

Mr. Draeger serves as the Vice President of United States Natural Gas Projects at TC Energy, based in Houston, Texas, and overseeing major natural gas projects in the U.S. As Vice-Chair of the INGAA foundation, Mr. Draeger will steer the organization’s planning and study process, delivering on its mission to identify and address critical matters related to the development, construction, operation, and maintenance of natural gas infrastructure.
“I am excited to join the Foundation’s leadership at such an important time for our industry,” said Mr. Draeger. “Demand for energy is growing domestically and globally, and I look forward to delivering a research and study process that creates solutions for pipeline operators and service providers alike to ensure we can build the infrastructure needed to meet that demand.”
Mr. Coffin has been with Orion Steel (formerly Evraz North America) since February 1997 and has been a member of the INGAA Foundation throughout his tenure. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Azusa Pacific University. Mr. Coffin also completed graduate programs at Yale University and the Moscow School of Business, focusing on international business and leadership.
Mr. Draeger holds a master’s degree in project management from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
