Ernst & Young is pleased to submit this strategic planning assignment final report to the Gas Industry Standards Board (GISB). This effort was funded by the INGAA Foundation.
The assignment involved collaboration with the GISB board, GISB members, and Ernst & Young specialists to develop a strategic view of the industry and ultimately, a list of the priorities that GISB should adopt in the future to best serve the industry. This view is the foundation of a five-year plan that will assist GISB in meeting the strategic challenges dictated by an industry experiencing dynamic redefinition and change.
This strategic plan is intended to provide input to GISB’s annual plan, the primary implementation vehicle for the strategy.
It has been our pleasure to work with GISB during this process. Ernst & Young has been a consistent supporter of standardization in the industry and our association with GISB provides us with an opportunity to contribute to that end.
