
WASHINGTON, District of Columbia, May 20, 2025 – The Interstate Natural Gas Association of America is pleased to announce that Ashlin Bollacker has joined the organization as the Director of Pipeline Safety.
Ashlin joins INGAA from the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA), where she worked most recently as Project Manager of Stakeholder Engagement and Communications.
“We are thrilled to welcome Ashlin to the INGAA team. Ashlin’s experience working at PHMSA will give her a unique perspective coming into the role,” said Amy Andryszak, President & CEO of INGAA. “I am confident that Ashlin, with the technical and practical experience she brings, will be a valuable addition to our organization and our members.”
Ashlin spent 10 years at PHMSA, serving as transportation specialist and rulemaking project lead from 2017 to 2024, and as interim chief of staff for outreach and engagement communications in 2023. She also has experience in technical writing for the agency.
“I am excited to join the INGAA team at such a pivotal time for the industry,” said Ashlin. “Having worked at PHMSA, I have seen how the industry prioritizes safety in the operations of their assets, and I look forward to working with the membership to advance rules and regulations that continually improve the safety of our nation’s pipeline system.”
Ashlin has a Bachelor of Science in biochemistry with a Minor in chemistry from The Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
