INGAA Congratulates Trump Administration on passage of One, Big, Beautiful Bill – Applauds NEPA Reforms

Washington, District of Columbia, July 3, 2025 – Amy Andryszak, President & CEO of the Interstate Natural Gas Association of America, released the following statement following the passage of the One, Big, Beautiful Bill Act:

“INGAA congratulates President Trump and Congress on the passage of the One, Big, Beautiful Bill Act. Tax provisions included in the final package will allow pipeline operators to continue investing in natural gas infrastructure by permanently extending complete bonus depreciation and enhanced interest deductibility. Additionally, INGAA applauds changes to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) that will simplify and expedite the permitting process for interstate natural gas pipelines. Together, these modifications will provide greater predictability to develop and deploy critical energy infrastructure.

“INGAA believes there is still more Congress can do to deliver on President Trump’s agenda and achieve our shared goals of American energy dominance. We look forward to working with Congress to advance legislation to further reform the permitting system in this country to enable buildout of the natural gas infrastructure necessary to meeting energy demand and achieving those goals.”
