Pursuant to section 307 of the Clean Air Act, 42 U.S.C. § 7607, Rule 15 of the Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure, and Circuit Rule 15, the Interstate Natural Gas Association of America hereby petitions the Court for review of the following Final Rule of the Respondent United States Environmental Protection Agency: “Mandatory Reporting of Greenhouse Gases: Petroleum and Natural Gas Systems; Final Rule,” 75 Fed.
