“We applaud the bipartisan agreement on the debt limit which avoids default and continues the conversation around much needed permitting reform in this country. The NEPA reforms included in this legislation are an important first step towards achieving the kind of permitting reform needed to get the United States back to building energy infrastructure of all kinds in this country.
