The California registry has released the final draft report of the transmission and storage GHG reporting protocol discussion paper. In addition to the final draft, they have also developed a matrix of comments received and their proposed process for reaching resolution.
A conference call of the working group to develop the schedule for moving forward is scheduled for July 27th. Once we have a better idea of how they intend to develop the actual protocol, the GHG Task group will hold a conference call to develop a strategy for participation.
