Don Santa, president and chief executive officer of the Interstate Natural Gas Association of America, today lauded the White House for announcing its intent to nominate Howard R. Elliott as administrator of the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration of the Department of Transportation.
“INGAA applauds the announcement of President Trump’s intent to nominate Howard Elliott to serve as PHMSA administrator. Elliott, if confirmed, would bring extensive experience and leadership in safety, security, operations and emergency management to PHMSA.
“We urge the president to nominate, and the Senate to hold a hearing and quickly confirm this qualified nominee.”
