Ashlin Bollacker
Ashlin Bollacker serves as Director of Pipeline Safety at the Interstate Natural Gas Association of America (INGAA), where she leads the association’s pipeline safety regulatory strategy, technical working groups, and member engagement on federal rulemaking.
Prior to joining INGAA, Ashlin spent nearly ten years at the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA), where she developed expertise in pipeline, hazardous materials safety, and the rulemaking process.
She works closely with INGAA’s member companies and regulators to advance practical, safety-focused policy solutions.
