Pursuant to the Notice Seeking Comments issued March 2, 2005, the Interstate Natural Gas Association of America (“INGAA”) submits the following comments on the two reports filed in this docket by the NGC+ Interchangeability Working Group and the Liquid Hydrocarbon Task Group: White Paper on Liquid Hydrocarbon Drop Out in Natural Gas Infrastructure (“Hydrocarbon Drop Out White Paper”) and White Paper on Natural Gas Interchangeability and Non-Combustion End Use (“Interchangeability White Paper”). INGAA represents the interstate and interprovincial natural gas pipeline industry operating in North America. INGAA’s United States members, which account for over 90 percent of all natural gas transported and sold in domestic interstate commerce, are regulated by the Commission pursuant to the Natural Gas Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 717-717w.
