On September 21, 2007, the INGAA Foundation sponsored a workshop to examine the commercial opportunities and challenges for the natural gas pipeline industry in a carbon constrained future.  Speakers included experts from the energy industry who discussed the emerging regulatory environment, carbon sequestration, and the nature and potential liabilities of the carbon market, including offsets and allowance prices.
