A subcommittee of the OS&E, the mission of the committee is to
- Monitor and make recommendations on pipeline safety issues that will impact the interstate natural gas pipeline industry and identify research and development related to those issues Identify key rulemakings and initiatives that will have significant impacts on the industry
- Coordinate industry participation in key rulemakings and initiatives to yield more appropriate & workable regulation
