Dreskin, Joan

Joan Dreskin has been with the Interstate Natural Gas Association of America (“INGAA”) as General Counsel since March 1998.  She now serves as Vice President and General Counsel of INGAA.  Prior to joining INGAA, Ms. Dreskin work at Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“FERC”).  From October 1988 through 1993, Ms. Dreskin worked in FERC’s Office of the General Counsel.  From May 1993 through August 1997, Ms. Dreskin served as legal assistant to Commission Don Santa.  Subsequently, she returned to FERC’s Office of the General Counsel.

Ms. Dreskin received a BA from Brandeis University, Waltham, Massachusetts.  She received a JD from Emory University School of Law.
