Abendroth, Timm L.

Timm Abendroth joined INGAA in 2004 and provides legal counsel on regulatory affairs and litigation.  From 1989 to 2003, Mr. Abendroth was an attorney in the Solicitor’s Office of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), defending FERC decisions in the courts of appeals. From 1977 to 1989, Mr. Abendroth worked as an attorney for the former Interstate Commerce Commission, first drafting decisions regarding regulation (or, more often, deregulation) of the railroad and trucking industries, and later defending the decisions in the courts of appeals.

Mr. Abendroth received a BA from Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin, and a JD from the University of Wisconsin in Madison.
