INGAA sent a letter to Senator Harry Reid, the Majority Leader of the Senate, regarding energy infrastructure development and interstate natural gas pipelines. The letter was sent to coincide with the National Clean Energy Project: Building the New Economy forum that was held in Washington, February 23, 2009, and co-sponsored by Senator Reid and the Center for American Progress.
